Katie Magnus

Mrs. Magnus is thrilled to be joining the Saint Timothy community. She’s taught first grade for the past 7 years in the diocese and is looking forward to now being at school with her niece and nephew.  She is a graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville with a degree in Early Childhood Education.

Mrs. Magnus is passionate about early childhood education and teaching at a Catholic school. She is a product of 18 years of Catholic education. She grew up with her mom as her principal who inspired her to enter the profession, and she’s so very glad she did! She feels privileged to be able to share her faith daily and partake in the mission of teaching in a Catholic school. Miss Danaher’s own school community always felt like an extension of her family and she looks forward to building relationships with the students and families of Saint Timothy.

In her time outside the classroom she enjoys hiking, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She is a proud aunt of two nephews and two nieces and loves getting to spend time with them. She looks forward to partnering with you in the education of your children, and strives to instill in them a love of learning and of our Lord and Blessed Mother.
