School and Home Association (SHA)
The St. Timothy Catholic School and Home Association (SHA) is the parent organization of the school, dedicated to supporting the school in providing a quality Catholic education for our children. All parents are welcomed and encouraged to participate in this organization. SHA engages in a wide array of activities that seek to enrich the educational experiences of the students and foster a supportive and positive environment for faculty and staff. Specifically, SHA sponsors extra-curricular activities, administers parent volunteer programs, fosters the morale of the teachers and staff, promotes spiritual development, aids new and continuing families, assists in raising funds for the needs of the school, fosters communication among families and between the school and parents, and assists the student council in their endeavors.

School Advisory Board
St. Timothy Catholic School Advisory Board will promote the mission of the school. The Advisory Board recommends additional policies as are necessary to assist the principal and pastor in administration of the school. These policies shall be in accord with, and shall not contradict, the policies contained in the Diocesan Handbook of Policies and Regulations for Catholic Schools.Members of the 2024-2025

All fathers/adult male figures of St. Timothy Catholic School students are invited to join The Titan Dads Club. With meetings, events and fundraising throughout the year, we strive to be more visible on campus to bring us closer to our children and contribute to the success of St. Timothy Catholic School.
Mission Statement: Encourage fathers of St. Timothy Catholic School students to have enhanced interest in the educational career of their child(ren), model positive involvement via activities and service and to cultivate fellowship among Dads.
Meetings typically take place once a month (except for December and March) and once during the summer. Meetings are at 6pm and locations vary and are communicated via email. Participation in Titan Dads Club events may be applied towards your family's service hours each school year.

Living Rosary
Each Monday at 8:15am parents gather to pray the rosary in the school courtyard.
All parents (and grandparents) are welcome to join in prayer.
Parents may bring their younger children.
Each week prayers are lifted up for a class.

Fundraising Committee
Each year the school holds a fall and spring fundraiser.
These events are community building and open to 21 years and older. These annual fundraisers contribute to our operating costs.
Being part of the fundraising committee is a wonderful way to get involved in the school and meet other parents.
We would love for all of our families to support the fundraiser through committee work, donations, and attendance.

Volunteering
All families are required to give 20 hours of service each school year. Ample opportunities are available.
Some examples are: fundraising committees, donations to the school, and recess & lunch duties.
