Location: School, 1st Grade Classroom - Students have an opportunity to join a teacher from Chess Emporium to learn the skills to play the game of chess. Chess can help students increase their math, verbal skills and their creative and critical thinking abilities. Chess also helps students develop self-discipline, concentration, critical insights, analysis, and writing skills. This is a paid, after school program run by Chess Emporium.
Location: Church - Grade 6 will be the ministers at Mass. Please have your student arrive at Mass no later than 8:20 to celebrate Mass. If your student has not been seated with the class by 8:20, the student will be considered tardy. Students will be carpooled back to school after Mass. We would love for you to join us for Mass. With meetings, events and fundraising throughout the year, we strive to be more visible on campus to bring us closer to our children and contribute to the success of St. Timothy Catholic School.
