Interested in being a part of the Drama Club? We'd love to have you! 

Acting/Singing/Dancing - 
You can be on stage and be part of our cast! We have auditions for each show to see who is going to play each role, but there is a role for everyone, no matter your experience. Don't worry, we'll teach you everything you need to know. 

‍Stage Crew -
Drama is not just about acting (though we have fun doing that too), Drama Club has something for everyone...
Don't like to be on stage? Stage crew might be right up your alley. Stage crew helps move props and scenery on and off stage, work with lighting and microphones, and do other tasks to make the shows run like clockwork.

Costumes/Hair - 
Is fashion your thing? Costumes sounds like a perfect fit for you. The costume crew dreams up the looks for each character and even gets to make some of pieces. 

Scenery - 
Do you love art? We need you! Come help us design and create our set pieces! 

See? There is truly something for everyone in Drama Club!

Requirements:

• You must be in grades 5-8
• Maintain grades of As, Bs, and/or Cs and have effort grades of S or O. 
• No prior Drama experience is necessary, but good attitudes and hard work are a must! 
• Students cast in the shows are expected to memorize lines, songs, and choreography (and work on their parts at home in addition to school rehearsals). Follow all school rules at rehearsals.
• Be respectful of parent helpers, directors, other club members, and yourself.
• Be kind and encouraging.
• Have FUN! 
• Use the talents God has given you to the best of your ability. 

The 24-25 lineup: 
Christmas Program - December 19 at 6:30 at the church
  Spring Musical - Beauty and the Beast TBD

  A nominal fee is requested for each show to help offset the cost of costumes, props, show rights, and scripts. And each child that participates will receive a show shirt and will be invited to the show's cast party (karaoke and pizza anyone?)! 

  This year's rehearsal schedule will be posted once tryouts have been completed. Please note that not all students will be called to each rehearsal. We will do our best to work around school sports and game schedules. Please keep an eye out for rehearsal scheduling updates through email or you can check the website's live calendar.
